• From the My Account section, change your access password and edit your personal information.
• In My Plan, find out all the details of your Coverage.
• Access your Provider List and save the contacts of your favorites.
• Carry out your Procedures: Reimbursements, Prior Authorizations, Maternal and Child Health Plan, Diabetes Mellitus Program, Chronic Conditions Program, Reproductive Health Program, Celiac Disease Program.
• Use your Digital Credential to access all services.
• Check your invoices and the breakdown of billed items.
• Get your Flu Vaccine during the validity of the Annual Vaccination Campaign.
• Find the coverage details of your Plan in Travel Assistance.
• Use the Family Space to register a new family member and manage the benefits related to the Maternal and Child Health Plan according to the coverage of your Plan.
